PURPOSE
To harden and stabilise interior or exterior substrates became soft and to stabilise the powdery substrates. For manual application. Significantly enhances the fillers and paints adherence on the treated surfaces
SUBSTRATES
WALL-HARDENER applies on all kinds of soft substrates, powdery and loose provided they are absorbent (porous) and dry. • Gypsum plaster, plaster tiles, plaster boards • Lime mortar • Cement, bricks, stones • Distemper • Renderings. • Etc.
OVERCOATING
WALL-HARDENER can be coated by any type of paint and wall-paper. Any type of TOUPRET filler
USE AND STORAGE CONDITIONS
Application tools : roller, large brush or spray gun • For spray gun application, thin the product at maximum 10% with a mixture made of water/alcohol methylated spirits (9 parts alcohol for 1 part water). • Application: into one single coat • The wall-hardener coat brings a slightly different tone and a satin look to the treated surface. • Tools cleaning: with alcohol methylated spirits • Preservation: product guaranteed 12 months, from the original purchase invoice date as evidence, in its original sealed packaging and stored away from frost, sun and kept away from flames or sparks .
RECOMMENDATIONS
• Do not apply WALL-HARDENER on overheated surfaces or under conditions that would accelerate drying. • Do not apply under a temperature below 5°C at an hygrometry rate above 80%. • Ensure good ventilation • Do not smoke nor stand near a flame during works • On, exterior locations, do not apply on places when humidity conditions are likely to occur within the 3 H following application
